We moved from Newcatle, Ontario, Canada to Callian France. The advice during the intake session was excellent. The movers that showed up in Newcastle were very friendly and efficient. We were given numerous updates from when our items left our condo. The Schmidt contact in Europe was very quick to respond to questions and queries. We received our items intact and we were thrilled with the delivery/drop off service. I would highly recommend Schmidt Global Relocations as a moving partner.

Schmid Global took care of moving my household after arrival in a group container shipped to Rotterdam. Zantelle Peusschers informed me early enough and in detail on the estimated time of arrival at my home. The information exchange via E-Mail with her was very effective. The goods were delivered right on time to my home and where they were unpacked quickly and with great care.
Extremely satisfied with the service received that surpassed my expectations.
I would use Schmidt relocations company again if need to do another move.

Overall I’m very happy with the services provided by Schmidt in NL as well as by Grace in Australia. The uplift when smoothly and Schmidt was accomodating in collecting a number of things before the big collection. On the Australian end Grace was able to support me by keeping things in storage for 9 months while I sorted a number of things out with our house. We were in a rental for about a year and I didn’t want to move all of my stuff (A LOT OF STUFF!) into a rental where it wouldn’t fit only to move it again.

The moving manager has managed to pick up my order even though it was through an agency originally. I have tracked down to Schmidt Global Relocations and they efficienctly confirmed and picked up my case then followed up very quickly. On top of that, they have provided solutions for necessary move to make the delivery as easy as possible.

The movers came in the time zone they had told us. They parked the truck in such a way that the buses and cars were not hindered in anyway. Thank you guys!
They brought in all the packages, correctly and also took great care when taking off all the packaging and put all the cartboard etc in the truck, they cleaned up everything and set all the fruniture up according to what our wish was!
They were friendly, practical, asking questions how and where everything should be located. Very good experience and there was no evidence of anything broken nor damaged.

The move went very well. I was happy with the packing services on the US side as well as the unloading and unpacking services on the Italy side, Happily there was no damage on this shipment. My biggest issue was the timing of the shipment and delivery. It took much longer to get here than I was hoping for. The communication form the delivery manager on the Europe side was excellent.
From start to finish Schmidt and their partner in the US were wonderful. Annisa, Dominik and Miko in Europe were excellent as was Alisa in the US. Friendly, kind and thorough. I very highly recommend them if you are in need of international movers.
