Ook toen onze spullen aankwamen in Spanje was alles goed, toevallig dezelfde verhuizers, leuk contact!

It was absolutely fantastic. The move manager was incredibly friendly and helpful, answering all the questions I had and otherwise came back to me quickly.

Pricewise they were able to do it for half of the price of all the competition. It was excellent!

There were good exchanges with our moving manager in Europe, who kept us informed about the timing of arrival, etc. Yet, the night before the agreed delivery time and day, the mover called us to ask about doing the delivery after 7 pm, which we didn’t accept.

Really had great service from Lynn. Timely updates on the progress of our container and transport to our new home. The team that unloaded were great and helpful.

The office agent who handled my move from Rotterdam to my location was an efficient, helpful and courteous professional. I am very very happy. I got all my things back safely. The two movers Albert & Casper were super profesional and very very helpful. Very happy with them. If there is only one thing that I could complain about is that I would have love to be able to track my boxes through some media Chanel as we do with post offices and others. Through out the 5 months of waiting I had no information whatsoever of the location of my boxes and that gets a little worrisome. Also the fact that I could not talk on the phone or through the WhatsApp to anyway to coordinate my boxes arrival. I had to check my email almost continuously. Otherwise I am very very happy and I know I can trust this company fully . It is the company I will recommend to my friends or use again if needed. Thank you to all involved in the processes. We moved across an ocean from Canada to Portugal. We worked with AMJ Campbell in Canada who packed up our condo, transported our container to a port in Canada onto a ship bound for Europe.

AMJ hands off to their business partner in Europe (Schmidt Global Relocations ) who received our shipment in Rotterdam and then arranged for transport to Portugal. There were no issues with customs clearance and final transport to Lisbon to a local Portugues relocations company and onto our home on the Silver Coast.

We started on this journey with a lot of nervous excitement but these companies are experts in their fields and made our experience truly painless.

Highly recommend Schmidt for their professionalism, constant communication and overall excellent relocation experience.

The move from Rotterdam was hampered by power failure across all of Spain. However, Bianca kept me informed of the progress and revised arroval date. She was also very helpful changing the delivery address. The delivery was efficient and speedy. The tow young Polish operators were first class.

Very good at Schmidt side, not so good at Collins Movers side, as the shipping took too long, much than expected and communicated. At Schmidt side, I would like to thank in particular Bianca for her excellent support, responsiveness, patience and friendliness during the process.

I was particularly impressed with the communication and assistance provided via Bianca.
As this was my first time shipping goods internationally the regular and prompt updates as to the status of my shipment made the experience much easier.
The actual delivery was made on the date and exact time as was advised by Bianca – most impressive.

It was overall a smooth experience. The timeline was a little longer than what we were expecting but everything worked out well. Overall, the process was low stress.

I moved my shipment from US to Germany and it came much faster than expected, was well packed, efficient, with good communication and all at best market price.

Overall good. The initial volume is underestimated to quote lower than competition, so you have to pay extra later before they want to schedule a delivery date.

This company and their staff were a pleasure to work with. Everyone was very pleasant and knowledgeable! Communication was timely and any questions were quickly addressed. The last leg movers were awesome. A shout out to Ashlee and Nikki for a phenomenal job. All in all 5 stars!

However there have been some issues in communication once the container was in Rotterdam ready to be dispatched in france, causing a 2 weeks delay.

My experience with Schmidt Global Relocations has been outstanding. From the very first request for a quote I was presented with extremely(!) friendly service, affordable prices (much cheaper than offers from other companies), and brilliant attention to detail (even their volume estimates were more accurate than other companies). I was able to quickly schedule packing and removal dates, and have these done in the exact way I needed them on a compressed timeframe. The packers were quick and thorough: I had full confidence that they would protect my belongings and now that my shipment has arrived I see I was right to trust them. I received regular updates from Schmidt team members about the progress of my shipment and they were always – without exception – friendly and quick to respond. I can’t recommend them highly enough, and if/when I move overseas again I will be reaching out to Schmidt first to see if their services are available. Absolutely flawless. We moved from Los Angeles to a tiny town in the Cotswolds. I expected such a move to come with it’s share of broken/damaged items. To my shock everything (even the most fragile champaign glasses) arrived without so much as a scratch.

Sending and receiving shipments of items that are dear to us, can be stressful. Ashlee Reinecke removed that stress. She was always positive in her emails, clear with her instructions, and prompt to respond to questions and resolve issues. In particular, when she learned that I would not be at home to receive the shipment, she was able to put the shipment in storage at a reasonable cost. The shipment arrived as scheduled and in good condition (at least from exterior). I would not hesitate to use your services again or recommend them.

The moving process took more than four months, instead of 8-12 weeks, as was informed. However, I understand that logistics sometimes go differently from what was planned due to delays in the ports of the countries, especially in Europe.
