What you’ll do

As a Financial Administrative Assistant, you will be part of a small yet close-knit team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing VAT returns
  • Managing foreign VAT administration
  • Processing bank transactions
  • Handling accounts payable and creditor payments
  • Managing shared mailboxes
  • Assisting with monthly and quarterly closings
  • Maintaining and monitoring daily financial administration

Who you are

You are known for your accuracy, curiosity, and strong numerical insight. You take a constructive and critical approach to costs and are able to provide valuable input to the management team.

You are also stress-resilient, communicative, and proactive in your work.

In addition, you bring:

  • At least an MBO level 4 working and thinking level
  • A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in a similar role
  • Strong command of both Dutch and English, written and spoken
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Exact
  • Affinity with IT systems
